Bat-sheva Hecht

Bat-sheva Hecht was born into a life of community. She grew up immersed in service, education, and connection. What began as an inheritance of values has become her own calling. Throughout her life, as a daughter, mother, and counselor-in-training, she has consistently dedicated herself to supporting and strengthening families and communities.

Bat-sheva holds her BA in Psychology and is specializing in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy at Barry University. She is trained in Holotropic Breathwork, certified in hypnotherapy,and continues to expand her work in psychedelic preparation and integration (MPIM). Her unique blend of clinical knowledge and experiential practice allows her to bring both depth and humanity to her work with clients. Rooted in traditions of focused, time-limited therapy, her goal is to help clients move beyond circumstance, uncover inner strength, and design meaningful lives.

Deeply committed to the value of embodied experience, Bat-sheva integrates breathwork, mindfulness, and connection with nature into her therapeutic approach. Outside of her professional work, she treasures travel, time in nature, meaningful moments with her family and friends, and the quiet joy of reading.
