Shifra Silberstein

Shifra is a clinical mental health counseling intern who brings an intuitive, grounded, and deeply compassionate presence to the therapeutic relationship. She approaches counseling as a collaborative process, helping clients build insight, navigate challenges, and reconnect with their inner sense of direction.

Guided by person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based principles, she integrates elements of mindfulness and meditation into her practice. She holds the therapeutic space with curiosity, acceptance, and non-judgment, believing that healing unfolds when people feel seen and heard.

She is currently deepening her clinical focus in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the integration of the mind-body connection. Her training includes certification in the Mindful Psychedelics Integration Method (MPIM), certification in Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Grief Informed training.

Shifra draws from a broad life perspective, allowing her to meet clients with openness and understanding. She finds balance in her personal life through art, hiking, yoga, and time in nature— practices that support her presence and clarity as a therapist.
