My years of therapy practice with a wide diversity of clients demonstrates that while we are all unique, we also have many common goals. This helps our unconscious define our goals and insights more clearly, so they can even prove useful in individual self-care.
Before using these cards, relax. Don’t overthink your answers. Just go with your first response. There are no wrong answers. Tapping into your unconscious this way can reveal solutions you didn’t know you had. These unique cards can enhance therapy sessions, deepen relationships, and uncover important realizations. They also can serve as ice breakers and conversation starters.
